1. Do you deliver in neutral packages?
Yes of course! Due the kind of our products we deliver in discret
white envelopes without any text, logos etc. Only a red plastic bag
is placed on this white envelope. It contains your invoive.
2. What is your time of delivery?
This depends from where you live. In general delivery within the
European Union takes 3-8 Business Days.
Delivery in the United States or Canada takes 5-10 Business days.
The rest of the world should be delivered within 20 Business Days!
3. Which services do you use for delivery?
We are using the official austrian post service to send your order.
4. Tell me more about your shipping costs?
We do charge the lowest possiple fee for shipping. As we use some
kind of a flat rate it will be cheaper for you if you order more products
then just one or two. Because the shipping fee would not depend on weight
you will safe money with larger orders.
European Union: 6 EUR
U.S.A./Canada: 10 EUR (aprox. 13.- USD)
Rest of the World: 15 EUR
FOR Cash on Delivery (COD) orders we need to charge an EXTRA FEE of 4 EUR
because of the special procedure and costs of the postal services!
This amount will NOT be shown on your invoice because it will collected by the postman!
